This class is KILLER. And we mean that. Pasta alla Assassina, also known as "Killer Spaghetti" is a local speciality native to Chef Carlotta's region of Bari, Italy. Very different than what you might think, this entire class is turned upside down in such a fun way. In this class you'll learn a whole new way of preparing pasta at home. What you end up with is crunchy, crispy, spicy, sweet and just a bit salty. Accompanied with a unique cucumber salad - you'll have a wonderful story and definitely a few laughs.
