Spanish Tortilla is similar to an omelette or frittata, but much, much better! The Tortilla tradition is one of the richest in Spain and found at Tapa bars everywhere from north to south. You’ll be guided by Chef Ben, chef of over 25 years working in restaurants across Spain and North America. In this 1-1/2 hour class, you’ll learn the basics and then watch in awe as your teammates flip their way to their meal!
