Master the art of traditional risotto with the help of Chef Carlotta, live from Italy. During this 1-1/2 hour class, you and your fellow teammates will learn the basics of this Italian favorite. Together, you'll learn technique that will allow you to think of risotto as a blank canvas (and get inspired with surprising flavor combinations!). After your experience you'll see risotto as a go-to weeknight meal.
Chef Carlotta is a graduate of the prestigeous ALMA University and is the recipient of 1 Michelin star during her work at a famed restaurant in her home region of Apuglia. In your culinary experience, you'll hear stories, ask questions and make memories, together.
