In this epic class, you'll master the Peruvian staple, Arroz con Pollo. Arroz con Pollo, is a dish as old as the 1900´s that has evolved over time.  Your chef will teach you how the fusion of flavors can take chicken, rice and potatoes to another level. 

In this cooking class you will make three different dishes, served on one plate - because each seperate dish is elevated to a new level together.  At the end of your class, you'll have made Peruvian Chicken, Green Rice, Papa a la Huancaina (the perfect way to understand the Peruvian Andes) and a fresh Sarsa Criolla, that brings everything together.
