The combination of flour and water is a fascinating thing. With small additions you can take such simple ingredients and make them marvellous. Then, just a small change in technique, you'll completely transform them. In this private cooking class, you will learn the art of working with batter in different forms. This knowledge will open your mind and pantry to simplicity and teach you how to become creative with what you often have on hand.  


Chef Ted, video calling into your kitchen live from New England, will teach about the various ways of working with these simple ingredients and together you'll transform them into 18th Century Pancakes, Goat Cheese and Chive Beggars Purses, and Bacon and Corn Cakes. This class is a wonderful
