Our chefs in Spain will guide you step-by-step, live from their homes in Spain, how to make chicken stock, which will be used in your Chicken Paella, along with a traditional Spanish started, Pisto Manchego - similar to  ratatouille.  Once your class is over, you'll disconnect and have a beautiful meal - all without leaving home.
