In this class, you'll transport to the ancient world to Halikarnasus where one of the seven wonders of the world was "Mouseleum", today in Bodrum, Turkey, where eating herbs and olive oil is still the lifestyle.
While many rely on store-bought phyllo to bake this delicious savoury pie, in this class you’ll learn how to make a simple phyllo dough using your hands. You’ll move on to mixing a delicious and fresh filling, full of seasonal herbs, greens and cheese - exactly how it’s always been done - and gently fry on your stovetop. You’ll round out the meal with simply prepared vegetables topped with Magic Sauce. And there is definitely a reason why it’s called “Magic Sauce”!
