Become a Pierogi Master in this fun dough making virtual cooking class, live with a chef from Eastern Europe
Perogie, pirogi, pirohy, pyrohy, varenyky, or varenikie! Whatever you call them, these plump little pockets filled with potato, cheese, sauerkraut... topped with onions, sour cream and maybe some crumbly bacon... No wonder Pierogi are considered one of the world's most delicious dishes.
While the exact origins are up for debate, we do know the original Pierogi originated from Eastern Europe as peasant food. And is common for peasant food, they have now taken a spot at trendy restaurants across North America.
In this class, your chef will teach you how to make the perfect Pierogi dough from scratch. Then you'll make two different fillings as you whip up enough Pierogi for the neighborhood. Chef Agnes will video conference into your home from hers just outside Budapest. Share stories and learn about Eastern European culture as you whip up a fantastic meal together.

CLIENT REVIEWS
"I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband who is an avid cook! He chose Chef Agnes Barath from Hungary! We had a wonderful experience. Agnes is warm individual and great teacher. Throughout our session she shared stories and history. It was truly much more than a cooking lesson! We shared our creations with friends with a Zoom Dinner Party later that night!!!" - Gladys Rowe
"My wife and I just completed a Hungarian cooking class and LOVED it! From the point of purchase to the final taste test of the dish we made with Chef Aggie, the experience was top notch. Jenn is so nice and accessible, and ensured that we were ready in advance of the actual cooking session. She helped us located hard-to-find spices in our hometown and checked in before and after. I can't recommend this enough - we hope to take another class down the road!" - Sarah Maddy
